I got my big break in 2007 when one of my beats was chosen for "Watch What You Say To Me" feat. Jay-Z on the T.I. vs T.I.P. album. That opened doors and I found myself working with strong up-and-coming acts like Doe B (R.I.P.), Young Dolph, Moneybagg Yo, and many others.

My studio, Mixology Recording Studios (now aptly titled Mixology Studios Online) became a center in Montgomery, Alabama — nurturing hundreds of up-and-coming artists/producers, as well as working with notable Hip-Hop figures, helping me become one of the go-to Hip-Hop/Rap producer/engineers in the Southern region of the USA.

Everything you need to know about working with us.

How does the online service work?
Working with us is simple: Fill out the booking form above and select your service. Send us your session files via WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Once payment is received, we begin mixing and mastering. We send you the songs for final approval. If there are revisions needed, we work with you until finished (2 revisions included), and send the final masters for distribution.
What do I need to send to have my song(s) mixed or mastered?
We CANNOT mix an MP3 file of a song. You must get the session files from your engineer. We will need either the ProTools session(s) or your raw files (stems) from the program you recorded in, and also a rough reference mix (mp3) of your song. If there are any additional notes or specifics, please include them in the Project Notes when booking.
What program/DAW do you work in?
We mix and master everything in ProTools. We prefer ProTools sessions, but also accept files from Logic Pro, Studio One, Cakewalk, Reason, Ableton Live, Cubase, and other similar recording software. If sending from other programs, you will need to track out each individual vocal and instrument separately from the beginning of the song so files line up properly. Please take off any effects or plugins on the vocals, and make sure there is no distortion or clipping.
Why should I mix and/or master with you?
Bao Pham's knowledge, history, and forte is Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B music. It's very important to have an engineer who knows and understands your genre, connects on an artistic level intuitively with your music, knows exactly what needs to be done, and is open to new ideas. Most clients seek Bao's own brand of sound/taste on a record, but he always keeps in mind the clients' wishes. Loyal clients keep coming back as they know and trust their music will sound great.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment via Stripe (all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Square Invoicing. Upfront payment is required before starting any mixing or mastering. No refunds/exchanges when rendering mixing/mastering services.
Do you still record?
We no longer record and mainly offer mixing and/or mastering services online only. This gives us a more concentrated focus on bringing out the best of your recording. We do believe a great sounding record starts with the recording process, so please choose wisely on where you record.
